1. Who we are

CYVERNA.PRO is operated by CYVERNA (OPC) Private Limited. This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit the website, request a demo, buy a subscription, use a client workspace or contact us.

2. Data we may collect

Identity and contact data such as name, business name, email and mobile number.
Account, subscription, payment-status and invoice data. Card/UPI credentials are handled by the configured payment provider and are not intended to be stored by CYVERNA.
Device/session information used for licensing, fraud prevention and concurrent-login security.
Business data entered, imported, spoken, photographed or uploaded by authorised users into their workspace.
Support, audit and security logs.

3. Why we process data

We process data to provide the service, provision client workspaces, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, prevent misuse, provide support, maintain security, meet legal/accounting obligations and improve authorised product functionality.

4. Client business data and customer intelligence

Client business data is segregated by tenant architecture. Where dedicated database provisioning is enabled, each client receives a separate operational database. Access is controlled by roles, entitlements, device licensing and audited support access.

CYVERNA may maintain a governed master customer-intelligence layer for permitted platform operations, analytics, duplicate prevention, reporting and other purposes described in the applicable notice/contract. Identifiable records are subject to access controls, audit trails and deletion/retention governance.

5. Voice, image and migration inputs

When a user chooses voice entry, camera capture, image upload or migration tools, the submitted content is processed only for the requested business workflow. Users should upload only data they are authorised to process.

6. Retention

We retain data for as long as required to provide the service, manage security and subscriptions, resolve disputes and comply with applicable law. Certain records such as invoices, taxation records, audit logs or fraud/security evidence may need to be retained even after an account or deletion request.

7. Rights, deletion and withdrawal requests

CYVERNA provides mechanisms for correction, access-related requests, consent-related requests and deletion/erasure requests, subject to verification and applicable retention requirements. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 have phased commencement; CYVERNA will apply legally effective obligations as they come into force and may voluntarily provide controls earlier.

A deletion request may first hide/delete the relevant record from a client workspace while the central governance workflow remains pending for CYVERNA Admin review, lawful-retention checks and downstream deletion/suppression. Approved central deletion propagates to governed master/export/sync layers as configured.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted secrets, session controls, audit logs and tenant isolation. No online system can guarantee absolute security; clients must also protect credentials and authorised devices.

9. Third-party services

CYVERNA may use payment, hosting, email, SMS, WhatsApp, analytics, AI or other service providers where configured. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
