CYVERNA Business OS is a subscription-based software platform offering 52 industry-specific softwares and configurable modules. Features available to a client depend on purchased plans, selected softwares, add-ons, user/device limits and administrator-approved entitlements.
Access begins only after an authorised demo activation or successful server-side payment verification. Selecting multiple chargeable softwares, add-ons, users, devices or branches increases the payable amount according to the active price configuration.
Users must keep credentials confidential. Unless a plan explicitly permits otherwise, one user account is intended for one active concurrent session. Device limits, session takeover, OTP verification and remote session revocation may be enforced.
Clients may not misuse the service, bypass licensing, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited by law, or use the service to violate third-party rights.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring they have authority to enter, import, photograph, speak, upload or otherwise process business and personal data in CYVERNA. Data migration should be reviewed and validated by the client before production use.
Prices are those shown at checkout or agreed in writing. GST and other taxes are additional where applicable. Third-party usage charges may apply to services such as messaging, payment gateways, AI or communications. After verified payment, CYVERNA generates a transaction/subscription invoice and sends it to the registered client email, subject to successful email delivery configuration.
Customization: Customization is available as per requirement. Custom development, implementation, migration, integration, training or other scope-specific work may be quoted and charged separately according to the approved scope of work.
All amounts paid are non-refundable once payment is completed or service access/implementation has commenced, including subscriptions, software activations, add-ons, demos where chargeable, implementation, customization and digital services, except where a refund is mandatory under applicable law. CYVERNA may suspend access for non-payment, material security risk, abuse, breach of these terms or expiry of a trial/subscription. Data retention and deletion after termination follow the applicable policy and legal retention requirements.
We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, integrations and third-party dependencies may change. Material commercial changes will be reflected in applicable plan or order information.
To the extent permitted by law, CYVERNA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, client-side configuration errors, unauthorised credential sharing, inaccurate source data, or outages caused by third-party providers outside CYVERNA's reasonable control.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Mandatory consumer, tax, data protection and other statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.
