Clients are encouraged to use the available demo, review the selected software, package, features, device/user limits and final checkout amount before purchasing.
This policy does not override any refund that is strictly required by applicable law or a verified duplicate/erroneous transaction that CYVERNA is legally required to reverse.
Customization is available as per requirement and customization charges are separate as per the approved scope of work.
